On the other hand, I've also read articles about people who sought reporters out so they can tell their stories. I think for some it can be partly about honouring courage and those who didn't survive, and ensuring that they're remembered. One of my favourites is the one from a guy who stayed to protect his home. At one point, he ran out water and was left with beer, and he said something to the effect: I didn't know whether to throw it on the fire or drink it and kiss my arse goodbye.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
